Quick question. What's the first thing you do when you get out of bed? You touch your feet to the ground right? Why is it that something that is so important, is overlooked in much of our training?

Today, we're going to explore foot, ankle, and toe work. We'll look into why it's important to your balance as well as your emotional wellbeing.
