It can be so easy to sacrifice ourselves to everyone elses needs, especially when you work in the service industry. But authenticity is a muscle that we can strengthen overtime with radical honesty.
It's time to let go of who we think we should be an embrace who we truly are. The copy and paste version of ourselves is not the key to success and respect. Cultivating the courage to embrace our true, authentic self is a lot more sustainable. The intrusive thoughts of "you're not good enough" will always come up, but we have to keep calling ourselves back.
