In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli talk about best practices for leading a ride and share our tips if you are considering volunteering to lead a ride this upcoming season. We also introduce a new segment in our podcast, this year we are going to break down the various parts of the bike and in this episode, we start with our handlebars.
