In this episode, we will discuss how to become observant and curious about behaviors and how you could make small changes to make a big difference. When I was studying to be a special education teacher, I learned about ABA and the ABC Method - Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence. I know ABA is a hot topic in the neurodiversity/autism community, and I'm not here to debate the use of it in classrooms or with children - I use it as a tool to become more aware of *my* behaviors and how I can make small changes to help my children too.
