Alif is Principal Dentist at Oakdale Dental, a prestigious private dental practice in Leicester and also the author of the book ‘The Smiling Dentist’ Alif is committed to being at the forefront of technological advancement in dentistry and has become a sought-after speaker both nationally and internationally in the disciplines of Digital Dentistry and Implant Dentistry. With a mission to give back and to also help improve the standards of dentistry by his peers, Alif founded and is the director of the Leicester Dental study club with the aim to disseminate knowledge to his peers in all facets of clinical and professional excellence.

Alif has a love for communication and understands that good communication leads to successful relationships with his team, his peers and his patients in the same way that poor communication is often the reason for much conflict and frustration.

This was the inspiration for him writing his book which helps to communicate dentistry in a clear and jargon free way. This reputation for good communication and clarity has lead to positions on to the editorial boards of a number of prestigious dental publications.
