She is based in the Washington DC area, is a mama to 2 kiddos, and is the host of The Burn Stress Lose Weight Podcast where she shares tangible skills and real-life experiences of how the high achiever can overcome their obstacles to create more of the life they want, in a body they feel comfortable in.
