Today we’re answering a question from one of the lovely ladies inside my Healthier Life Community Facebook Group. She asked about how she could improve her digestive health. This is a topic I’m a big fan of, partly because of my own history with IBS. We’re going to be talking about what is digestive or gut health, why is it important, why we might have bad gut health in the first place, and then I’m going to share 10 ways you can get started on improving your digestive health right away.
