The biggest challenge in getting healthier is not the knowing gap but the doing gap - people often know what to do but are unable to stick to the plan. But science shows its not lack of will power that creates issues. Dr. Simon shares the blueprint of creating healthier habits and getting out of the cycle of binges and addictions. Dr. Simon Marshall is co-owner of Braveheart Health & Fitness, LLC., and a performance psychologist for Nourish Balance Thrive, a functional medicine clinic in Santa Cruz, CA.
