Ben tells his story of addiction and recovery, and how finding community through 12-Step groups eventually led him to a dual diagnosis of ADHD and Autism.

Ben and Jordan also discuss eating disorders among men, particularly binge eating, and the kinds of supports and stigma reduction that are needed for more men to seek help.
