Today’s guest is Stephanie Abou Jaoude. Stephanie is a Theta Healer, freelance filmmaker, production manager and editor. After seeing the benefits of theta healing through her own experiences, she decided to become a healer herself and to help others remove the negative beliefs that hold us all back.
During this episode we discuss what is theta healing and its benefits, we talk about the importance of asking for help, and we both share stories about our own healing journeys and the power of beliefs and the freedom that can arise by changing them
And the last message she wanted to share is “We spend a lot of time trying to fix and better ourselves, but it's important to remember to not be too hard on ourselves, and approach the process with love, care and play.”
