A lot of the “work” I do in my own life, in my business, and in my client’s lives is all about healing our frequency and healing our feminine energy. In this episode I talk about what vibrational frequency is from my perspective, and how we can heal our vibrational frequency and allow the law of attraction to start working in our favor to create and call in the life we truly desire with less effort.

- How the law of attraction responds to your frequency
- How baseline frequency that you’re operating at dictates the external reality that you experience
