If you have a really busy work schedule, finding ways to fit fitness into your day can be extremely challenging. One way to do so is to replace your regular office chair – both at home and at work – with an exercise ball. Just by sitting, you work on your posture, core strength, and can stretch throughout the day. Another great tip is to keep a stretch band in your desk so that, during breaks, you can work on your flexibility.
