Bringham gives us some questions to ask ourselves like:

What is my why?

What are my core values?

What do I want my life to look like?

Keep asking why: Why am I training? Why do I want to be my best and physically fit? Why is that important to me?

Bringham's morning routine for success: (DO THIS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE, ESPECIALLY CHECKING YOUR PHONE)

Write down at least 3 things you're grateful for

Write down at least 1 positive affirmation

Write down 3 things you want to be, do, or experience in this day

Write down the 10 things that are most important to you and your life.

Write down 1 thing you need to do better
