Welcome back to the let’s get uncomfy podcast friends! I am so excited for this episode because internal happiness has been a huge focus for me in this season of my life. As things shift your internal happiness is so important to your overall happiness. So in today’s episode, I want to share 8 things to STOP doing to improve your internal happiness.
