What we resist, persists. The more we try and stop our negative thoughts, the more they will get a hold of us and drag us down. In this podcast episode, Dawn discusses how we get fused with our thoughts and how unhelpful this can ultimately be. She explains that a much more helpful approach is to separate from our thoughts, rather than struggle against them. By accepting them and noticing them as something just passing through they have less impact on us. We sit with them, instead of being stuck inside them.
