As a mom running a beauty business we really are doing the best we can, with what currently have and what we know. In this episode with my guest Maria Michelle'lee of Brown Sugar Spray Tanz we dive deep into an array of topics. She explains how being a mom in the beauty business she has learned how valuable time really is, why she doesn't believe in work/life balance and how she uses prayer to protect her energy.
During this interview Maria also drops many tips of wisdom that we can all benefit from. Wisdom that only comes from being in the beauty industry for many years. She also shares that change is inevitable, so we should embrace it and and not be afraid to call the shots as we grow!
Lastly we dive into the inclusivity of spray tanning. What was once a service for mostly white women, except for in the competition industry, is now a service that is used by women of all ethnicities. Maria shares some important facts on skin cancer and how women of all colors can benefit and enjoy the boost of a spray tan.
