My name is Damon and my passion and focus is Health & Wellbeing. I’m a Certified Coach, a Wim Hof Method Instructor, a Brain Cancer Survivor Turned Thriver and I'm looking to change my corner of the world.
I would love to take you on a journey that shows you how to take more control of your mind, body and soul.
For me, mindset is everything. It helped me turn a brain tumour diagnosis into my super power.
I’ve experienced what’s it’s like to go from zero to hero. This was a powerful transformational moment for me. The thing is, nothing had actually changed, however, everything had changed. What had changed was my mindset, my belief system, how I was perceiving and interpreting the world. I felt empowered, excited, resourceful and like I had choices.
Because of my experience, I want to help other people make that shift and transformation to believing in themselves and believe that absolutely anything is possible.
