So many things trigger us into fight-or-flight....then our body gets used to being in a disruptive state. We live in constant inflammation and anxiety, and can even develop disease as a result of this dysregulated state. How do we let our nervous system rebalance and come back into harmony so we feel healthy, joy, and free?
