This week we discuss why sleep can be so hard to get and why it's more than just an individual's issue. We just wanna put it out there.... lack of sleep is a social justice issue. We believe that there are some real world barriers to catching those well deserved "Zs." Listen along as we share some of our personal experiences with sleep struggles and some small ways that can help you get more restful sleep.
