In this episode, Ephraim illuminates us with his experience facing crippling anxiety, depression, and paranoia. These factors soon thrust him into his manic episode, and eventually a mental breakdown. Hear how Ephraim has battled with his internal demons, and fought for his birthright - a meaningful and joy-filled life.
