A ladder with 10"inch rungs is easier to climb than one with 4'foot rung. That first step might be quicker on the 4'foot rungs, but it's easier to climb smaller steps when you need to scale a 50'foot ladder.

Taking small, consistent steps towards our goals, rather than seeking instant gratification or taking big leaps, is key. Build a plan that involves daily, incremental actions, and stay consistent in your efforts.
