How to get the most out of your training. Think VO2 Max. Know how it is affected as you age? Why should you preserve it? Professional athletes know about VO2 Max. If you are training for anything or getting older, so should you.
I ask Donny the questions. During Donny's 20 years as the performance coach in the NRL, this was key to the measurement and management of fitness. Managing peaks, exhaustion, and capability as you get more active. So what is it, what affects it and what should you know about it? From training for a triathlon, 10K run or more to how it is impacted as you age and why you should try and retain it. It might be time to learn more about VO2 Max.
VO2 Max is impacted as you age and can be a key marker of health. Also, find out what the average VO2Max range is for your age.
