When men can see problems in others AND then point the finger back at themselves it can serve as a powerful awareness tool to constantly be found doing the #1 thing you have control over - yourself.
This is one of the best ways to always be progressing and working on your own personal development as a man, as a husband and father, as an employee and manager and as a leader and business owner.
There will always be work to do on ourselves.
Be cautious in pointing the finger if you are NOT doing your part. This is hypocritical and will lead to a loss of respect by those you want respect from the most.
