Ryan Duey was born and raised in Northern California. Ryan had what he calls his “greatest gift”: a head-on motorcycle accident in Thailand. Today, Ryan and his business confidante Mike Garrett joined forces to create Plunge. Their mission is to make cold plunging as common as coffee.
