Tamara's Bio:
I am Tamara Arrington and I am a 39-year-old mother of a 3yr old son. After having my son, I faced a spiritual transformation that changed my life forever. This transformation led me to researching and reassessing who I am on my physical and spirituality journey. Over the last few years, I have been engaged in gaining knowledge on astrology, energy manipulation, natural living and other resources. I consider myself a healer and I am passionate about using the knowledge I’ve gained to help heal those that are dealing with physical injury and emotional trauma through the use of yoga, biotuning and sound therapy.
