Overcome with Justin Wren

Tony Jeffries is an English former professional boxer who won a bronze medal in the 2008 Summer Olympics. Tony gained 7 British national titles and a European gold medal. In 2012, an undefeated Jeffries was forced to retire due to hand injuries. Now, Tony has built an incredibly successful YouTube channel along with two Box N’ Burn Gyms in LA, a Boxing Academy Program at MasterBoxing.com, and Boxing Fitness Resource and Academy, Connect by Tony Jeffries.
