Emotions play a big role when it comes to weight loss. Specifically identifying and clearing trapped emotions may help you unload emotional baggage or negative energy that could otherwise keep you in stress, anger or other things that can drag you down your health and sabotage your weight loss and fitness goals. This episode will equip you with simple strategies so you can tune into your feelings and then process them more effectively.

Licensed massage therapist, Certified Body Code and Emotion Code Practitioner, Brenda Crump, is our special guest. She has been in the healing business for over 10 years. Her passion lies in helping others to become the best person they can be while letting go of emotional baggage and becoming self-empowered.

IN THIS EPISODE WE WILL COVER:

1. What is a core believe?

2. What are trapped emotions?

3. How core beliefs and trapped emotions keep you from losing weight?

4. Effective tools to clear you from trapped emotions

COCONUT RAW CHOCOLATE PIE RECIPE

* 3/4 C raw cashews

* 3/4 C raw almonds

* 1/3 C coconut oil

* 1/3 C raw honey

* 1/2 C unsweetened coconut flakes

* 1 avocado

* 1/4 C raw cacao

STEPS:

1. Mix together all the ingredients in a blender, until consistency is as chunky or creamy as you like.

2. Scoop into a dish (you may need few drops of almond milk to thin it down).

3. Cut into small portions while is still soft. Keep refrigerated.
