PEBBLE OF THE WEEK: Think of a healthy habit that you can stack with brushing your teeth. It may be drinking a glass of water so you can up your hydration. It may be doing 10 pushups or crunches or leg raises or a plank. Just something simple that takes less than a minute that you can tack on before or after brushing your teeth.
