Welcome to the first episode of Raising Confident Girls podcast with Melissa Jones!
I have dreamed of doing this podcast for such a long time, that I am so glad to finally share it with you! I can’t wait to provide you with insightful tips and tools for you and the girl in your life that you’d like to support, but first I thought I would introduce myself, share a bit about why I wanted to create this podcast and where my mission to empower girls stems from.

• My experience growing up with battling feelings of isolation, comparison and rejection.
• The 6 women and men that made a huge impact on my life.
• A significant moment at age 15 and deciding to get a therapist.
• Becoming a teacher and the desire to create safe space for students.
• The creation of Girls Positivity Club - growing from a lunch club to a global movement of community.
