Until I noticed he was 'looking' a little to the left of me when he spoke to me. On the path to losing 96% of his sight to Stargardt's disease, Matt grappled with acceptance, self-isolation, weight-management, and generally landing himself in a pretty dark place - metaphorically, I mean.
