AND WE'RE BACK! This upcoming season is without a doubt going to be the most vulnerable, raw and emotionally explorative I've ever been on the show. I have.... so much to say. So much to share. So much to reflect back to you all, and I'm so thankful that you're here, along for the ride.

Today's episode is the perfect time to release since Spring is right around the corner. I know, for me, this season brings forth so much inspiration and desire to change/spruce up my personal space.. but this year, I'm feeling MUCH more called to spring clean my internal space. My mind, body & soul.

So, on today's 125th episode (!!), I'm sharing just how I'm going about doing that, and how together, we can create a clean slate for this new season of new beginnings and possibilities.
