This week we talk to Julia Sachdev, runner, mother, and activist for mother runners with &Mother. Julia was tapering for CIM 2022 when we recorded this interview and had been training to run sub-3 hours with Lift, Run, Perform’s training group. Julia shares her experience with postpartum running, how she and her partner balance parenting duties, overcoming personal challenges and learning how to ask for help, and the work she’s doing with &Mother to reduce barriers around running and motherhood.
