Matt Chittim is a longtime runner, coach, and Host of the well-known podcast: The Rambling Runner! He began his running journey running track & field in his younger athletic years, going from a 5K runner, taking a hiatus to enjoy life, and have a family, and returning to the running game with a different approach to running: tackling the distance, and now, onto the trails and his first Ultra Marathon of 33 miles coming up this March!
In today's episode, Matt and I discuss his approach to training and, as a coach practicing what he preaches by leveraging consistency with his training to achieve his goals, and he's just getting started on his journey. And it was his 42nd birthday yesterday. Happy Birthday to Matt, and maybe 42 years young bring you nothing but joy, happiness, healthy, and running all of the miles.
