Efrat is a mother to three spiritually aware, intuitive teens, who constantly invite her to grow, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a cosmic journeyer, and a writer. She holds a Ph.D. in social-organizational psychology, is a Fulbright Alumni, homeschools her daughters, raises four loving dogs, and loves nature, reading, cooking, and crafts.

Efrat’s journey took her from an academic path, through a car crash and a near-death experience, becoming absent as a mom, unable to care for her daughters. The reorganization of her physical, together with the integration of her near-death experience, invited her to say multiple yes’s to the universe, and to explore the essence of motherhood and our sacred soul relationship with our children.
