When does introvert behavior stop being normal and become social anxiety?

I’m definitely no expert so I asked Dr. Tasha Malcolm, a GP doctor and advocate for those who suffer with anxiety. Tasha is joining us today to chat about her experiences as a healthcare professional.

And we also talked about her own journey with social anxiety, how parents can impact our mental health and even how to improve your anxiety tolerances over time.
