Weekly Leader's Digest: Be a trailblazer
Manage episode 469614365 series 3558995
What does it mean to trailblaze?
As we celebrate Women’s History Month in March, we’re going to be exploring what it means to trailblaze as a leader. When I think of women trailblazers, I think of Vernice "FlyGirl" Armour, America's first black female combat pilot. Her story is a reminder that breaking barriers isn’t just about personal success—it’s about creating pathways for others to follow.
In today’s episode, I discuss how you can step into your own authority, document your journey to help others, and build a support system that strengthens your leadership.
