Anxiety and depression are often misconstrued illnesses. Some people do not consider them an illness at all. There is often a lot of shame, guilt, and embarrassment around the idea of having either of these mental conditions. In this episode we address some of these issues and discuss common causes of depression and anxiety particularly for teenagers. Riley shares her experience with these conditions and how she has been able to deal with and live with these illnesses.
