The more we accept and express the love joy, peace, happiness power, the divine qualities we are, the more it creates cathartic releases of that, which would inhibit that flow. The inhibition of flow, can manifest as relationship problems, physical problems, emotional problems or any form a problem can take.
One of an infinite number of ways to increase the flow of the light and energy that we are through us, is to acknowledge and accept the thoughts that are in our mind. We have the ability to choose which thoughts we deem to be accurate and which thoughts we deem to be worthy of acting on. I can help you with that through thought.
