Dr. Borger is joined by Dr. Melton, aesthetic medicine physician. They talk about the importance of mentorship, and helping out your colleagues; the concept of community over competition to shift the culture of medicine. Dr. Kylie Melton is a board-certified physician with a focus on aesthetic medicine. She owns The Aesthetic Clinic in Festus, Missouri. Dr. Melton practiced general Family Medicine prior to transitioning to full-time aesthetics at St. Louis Skin Solutions. Noticing a lack of aesthetic medicine professionals in her local small town, she decided to take the leap and start her own practice. Dr. Melton is a published medical author in the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. Dr. Melton focuses a warm and comfortable environment while providing a thorough consultation to her patients regarding their goals and treatments to help them feel their best.
