I give my answer based on my experience as a successfully transitioned teacher. The goal of this episode is to provide some insight for teachers who are considering leaving the teaching profession and to address the most commonly asked questions. It is so important as you make your decision to leave the field to consider these questions and what they mean for your personal life. Ultimately, this whole decision is a personal decision to the individual teacher.
