Today I want to share with you the lesson I learned last week about the power of the present movement. Due to the unexpected weather in Texas we were unable to return home as planned and in that moment I was reminded to trust the universe, the higher power to guide me and be in the present moment.

- How to divert your mind and experience peace.
- Being grateful for the present moment as that is truly all we have
