The consultancy provides professional training and education about anti-oppression, anti-racism, intersectionality, diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. May has a wealth of experience within her field including over 30 years of experience working in non-profit organisations. May has been facilitating anti-oppression training and education since 1997 and has worked with a variety of businesses and organisations over the years.
