Grace and Leigh Ann met for coffee just to hang out and soon realized that they were both "shoulding" on themselves - beating themselves up about all of the things they "should" be doing but weren't. After a deep dive therapy session between two friends, they realized that they didn't actually need to be doing any of those things, but were instead being influenced by seeing others do it on social media.
