Our teen ambassador Kate is back! After our first podcast on Teens Teaching Teens this past winter (Season 3, Episode 74), parents from all over the country wrote to us about their teens' struggles with chronic issues. Kate and I started working to connect these kids with the mindset and work they needed to heal. Catherine was one of these kids - A D1 athlete who is off to college to play Lacrosse. At the time, she was suffering in chronic knee pain, even with a clean MRI. After meeting with us and dedicating herself to a JournalSpeak practice, Catherine is back on the field and no longer in pain. Truly, it has changed her life. It's been fantastic working with a teen ambassador. Kate will be joining us at OMEGA!
