When we think of intimacy we often think of intimacy with others. But what about our relationship with ourselves? Truthfully we can only meet another person as deeply as we have met ourselves. In this episode, The Dandelion Sisters discuss developing intimacy with the self through allowing ourselves to truly feel our emotions and letting them pass, as opposed to reacting from them. Through these practices, we are able to meet and accept ourselves more deeply.
