Dr. Jill Siler joins me to talk about her incredible book, Thrive Through the Five, and how to step into those big goals and dreams you have in your life. Jill was a long-time superintendent in Texas (Gunter ISD) and now serves as the Deputy Executive Director for Professional Learning for the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA). She is wonderful keynote speaker and an inspiring voice in education who does not shy away from the reality that although we may love our work, that doesn't mean it isn't incredibly tough and challenging...and there may be even parts that we do NOT like at all.
