In today's episode I'm sharing my thoughts behind why I believe if we really want to shift out of overwhelm and burnout we need to get to the root of where those feelings/behaviors come from. Our thought patterns, behaviors, our actions come from our belief systems. It's "programming" or "conditioning". It's what we learned as we grew up. We learned how to survive. We learned how to have our needs met. Sometimes though as we get older, that "belief system" no longer works for us. And that's what today's episode is all about.
