Ever notice how you speed up when you’re stressed?

We push harder, try to get more done…faster.

Oftentimes, it doesn’t even have anything to do with how much you need to get done.

It’s a sense of overwhelm and anxiety that moves with you through your week.

Whenever I notice I’m spinning in my own mind, overthinking things, and feeling overwhelmed without being able to pinpoint the specifics behind the discomfort, I do a quick 5 minute exercise to calm myself down and recalibrate myself towards my goals.

It works every time.

I recorded it for you so you can use it too whenever you feel the tension rising.
