Listening back to this I've realised that despite this being an episode to introduce myself to you I actually forgot the most important thing... My name is Caitlin Byrne and I am the host of The FLATNOIR Podcast!! LOL This episode is an introduction to me your host. It's a collection of my thoughts surrounding self-help, self-love and self-care.
