Dr. Julie Brooks Sterling, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS joins the show to talk all things in the world of Physical Therapy!
Julie is highly skilled in the areas of orthopedics and sports medicine. She has advanced training in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, dry needling, SFMA Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Golf Screenings.
In addition to many years of experience as a treating clinician, Julie has had personal experience in Physical Therapy as a student athlete having several injuries requiring surgery during her collegiate career. She understands the physical, mental and emotional struggles of an injury and what it takes to get back to playing at the highest level.
